Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of These Terms
4. Website Information and Availability
By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using https://www.gonsalive.com or any product or service provided by GONSAlive LLC, operating as GONSAlive Group, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our applicable policies. Specific product descriptions, licenses, proposals, invoices, package terms, or written service agreements may supplement these Terms and will control if a direct conflict exists. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the website, submit an order, purchase a product, or engage our services.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website, product descriptions, service information, prices, links, and other published content accurate and current. However, information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated details, or technical issues. Website content is provided for general information and does not create a binding service commitment unless confirmed through an accepted order, proposal, invoice, license, package description, or written agreement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and may update, correct, restrict, suspend, or discontinue website content or functionality when reasonably necessary. Temporary interruptions may result from maintenance, security, hosting providers, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.
2. Eligibility and Authorized Use
5. Products and Services
To place an order, purchase a product or service, submit a paid project request, or enter into a binding agreement with GONSAlive LLC, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. Individuals under the legal age of majority may access appropriate educational or children’s content only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian and may not independently submit personal information, make purchases, or enter service agreements. If you use the website or purchase on behalf of a business, school, church, organization, or another person, you represent that you have legal authority to act on their behalf.
GONSAlive may offer physical merchandise, books, digital downloads, prompt guides, templates, educational resources, publishing and Amazon KDP assistance, creative design, custom audio, training, AI and digital solutions, media services, consultations, and other specialized products or services. We make reasonable efforts to describe each offering accurately. However, colors, dimensions, packaging, formatting, availability, and other product characteristics may vary slightly because of screens, printing methods, manufacturers, fulfillment providers, or necessary production adjustments. Offerings, prices, features, and promotional terms may be updated before purchase. Such changes will not alter an order or written service agreement already accepted unless both parties agree or a change is legally required. Specific product descriptions, licenses, proposals, and service agreements may contain additional terms.
3. About GONSAlive LLC
6. Orders and Product Availability
GONSAlive LLC is the legal business entity operating publicly as GONSAlive Group and managing a multi-brand creative, educational, publishing, media, technological, and commercial ecosystem. Its offerings may include digital and physical products, books and educational resources, publishing and Amazon KDP assistance, creative design, custom audio services, training, AI and digital solutions, media projects, consultations, and other specialized services. References in these Terms to “GONSAlive,” “GONSAlive Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to GONSAlive LLC unless a separate website, product, brand, platform, proposal, license, or written agreement expressly identifies different terms or another responsible entity.
All orders and service requests are subject to acceptance, payment verification, product or resource availability, and any applicable service requirements. Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that production, fulfillment, or custom work has begun. We may reasonably refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of product unavailability, incorrect pricing or description, payment failure, suspected fraud, misuse of a promotion, shipping restrictions, legal requirements, or a violation of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order before providing the applicable product or service, we will notify the customer and issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion using the available payment process, subject to applicable law and payment-provider procedures.
2. Payments, Licensing & Professional Services
7. Pricing, Taxes and Currency
10. Custom Projects and Professional Services
Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the applicable product page, proposal, invoice, or checkout screen. Before payment is submitted, the checkout or invoice will display the final amount charged by GONSAlive, including applicable product or service charges and any taxes, shipping costs, or optional additions calculated through that purchasing method. Customers remain responsible for duties, customs charges, import taxes, conversion costs, or banking fees that are not collected by GONSAlive and may be imposed by governments, financial institutions, or external providers. Prices and promotions may change for future purchases, but confirmed orders and accepted written agreements will not be repriced unless both parties agree, an obvious pricing error must be corrected, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Custom design, publishing, Amazon KDP assistance, audio production, training, AI and digital solutions, media, consulting, and other professional projects are governed by the applicable package description, accepted proposal, invoice, project brief, email confirmation, or written service agreement. These documents may define the project scope, deliverables, price, payment schedule, estimated timeline, revision allowance, client responsibilities, licensing, ownership, and cancellation terms.
Unless otherwise agreed, work begins only after GONSAlive receives the required acceptance, payment or deposit, project information, and usable client materials. Timelines are estimates and may be adjusted when the client changes the scope, submits materials late, delays feedback or approval, or when circumstances outside GONSAlive’s reasonable control affect production. Requests that modify the approved scope must be reviewed and may require a written change, additional payment, and a revised schedule.
8. Payments and Billing
11. Project Scope, Client Responsibilities and Approvals
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout or specified in the applicable invoice, proposal, or service agreement. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the payment provider to charge the amount presented to you. You must provide accurate and current billing, shipping, contact, and payment information. Complete payment-card numbers and security codes are processed by external payment providers and are not directly stored by GONSAlive LLC. Payments remain subject to authorization by the payment provider and financial institution. Custom projects may require a deposit, milestone payments, or full payment before work begins or final files are released, as stated in the applicable agreement. Unpaid or overdue amounts may result in delayed delivery or suspension of work. If you believe a billing error occurred, contact us promptly at contact@gonsalive.com without limiting any rights available under applicable law.
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate, lawful, and authorized materials required for project completion. Clients must review proofs promptly; formal approval constitutes acceptance of deliverables as completed.
9. Digital Products and License Restrictions
12. Revisions, Corrections and Additional Work
Unless a product page or separate license expressly states otherwise, purchasing a GONSAlive digital product grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the product for the personal, educational, or internal professional purposes described at the time of purchase. Digital products may include e-books, prompt guides, templates, worksheets, courses, audio files, design resources, software guides, and downloadable materials. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright, trademarks, brand assets, systems, or intellectual property.
You may not copy for redistribution, resell, sublicense, publicly upload, share access credentials or download links, reproduce substantial portions, remove ownership notices, create competing products from the materials, or claim GONSAlive content as your own unless written commercial or redistribution rights are expressly granted. Purchasers of prompt guides may use the prompts for their own legitimate projects, subject to applicable third-party AI platform terms, but may not resell or redistribute the prompt collection itself. Additional restrictions or commercial rights stated in a product-specific license will control for that product.
Clients must provide accurate, complete, lawful, and properly authorized information and materials needed for the project, including text, names, images, logos, trademarks, data, instructions, account information, and publication details. The client represents that they own these materials or have permission to use them and that their use will not violate another person’s rights or applicable law. Clients should not send passwords, complete payment-card information, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information unless a secure and specifically authorized method is provided.
Clients are responsible for reviewing drafts, proofs, spelling, names, dates, contact details, pricing, metadata, dimensions, publication information, and other project-specific content before approval. Feedback and approvals must be provided within the agreed timeframe; delays may extend the delivery schedule. GONSAlive may reasonably rely on written or electronic approvals when preparing final files or submitting approved materials. Final approval confirms acceptance of the visible and reviewable content presented at that stage, without waiving rights concerning undisclosed defects, unauthorized changes, or protections that cannot legally be waived.
3. Delivery, Rights & Compliance
13. Shipping and Physical Product Delivery
16. Client Materials and User Submissions
The number, type, and timing of revisions included in a project are determined by the applicable package description, proposal, invoice, or written service agreement. A revision is a reasonable adjustment to work already created within the approved project scope; it does not include a new concept, major redesign, replacement of approved content, change of project direction, additional format, or new deliverable unless expressly included.
Clients should provide clear and consolidated feedback within the agreed review period. Corrections of errors introduced by GONSAlive will be addressed within a reasonable period without an additional creative fee when reported promptly and verified. Changes resulting from inaccurate client materials, previously approved content, new instructions, third-party platform requirements, or requests outside the original scope may require additional fees and an updated schedule. Work requested after final approval or delivery may be treated as a new service request.
Clients retain ownership of original text, images, recordings, logos, manuscripts, data, instructions, and other materials they submit to GONSAlive. By submitting materials for a project or service, the client grants GONSAlive LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to access, reproduce, edit, format, adapt, transmit, and otherwise use those materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate the request, perform the agreed work, create the deliverables, communicate with the client, and satisfy related operational or legal requirements.
The client represents that the submitted materials are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights. GONSAlive may refuse or stop work involving unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or unauthorized materials. When a project reasonably requires external printing, publishing, payment, hosting, fulfillment, cloud, or AI-assisted tools, relevant materials may be processed by those providers according to their terms and the agreed project requirements. Clients should communicate any special confidentiality or third-party processing restrictions before work begins; additional confidentiality obligations may require a separate written agreement. GONSAlive will not publicly display confidential client materials or completed custom work without authorization, except where disclosure is legally required.
14. Refunds, Returns and Cancellations
17. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the website, store, products, content, accounts, downloads, or services to violate applicable law or another person’s rights; submit false, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized materials; impersonate another person or organization; misuse payment methods or promotions; distribute malware or harmful code; interfere with website security, availability, checkout, or other users; attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, files, or administrative areas; harvest personal information; send spam; circumvent technical, licensing, download, payment, or access restrictions; reverse-engineer proprietary tools; use automated methods to copy or extract protected platform content without authorization; resell or redistribute licensed materials unlawfully; exploit or endanger minors; or use GONSAlive intellectual property in a manner not expressly permitted.
We may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict access, cancel affected orders, suspend services, preserve relevant records, or report unlawful conduct when reasonably necessary. These restrictions do not prohibit truthful consumer reviews, lawful criticism, legally protected activity, or other rights that cannot be waived.
Refund, return, exchange, and cancellation eligibility depends on the type of product or service, the stage of fulfillment or production, the applicable product description or written agreement, our separate Refund Policy, and any rights provided by applicable law. Customers should review the applicable terms before completing a purchase.
Because digital products can be accessed or copied immediately, they are generally not refundable after access, download, or delivery, except where the product is defective, inaccessible, duplicated, materially different from its description, or a refund is otherwise required by law. For custom professional services, any refund or cancellation amount may be reduced by work already completed, costs already incurred, reserved production time, nonrecoverable third-party charges, and any properly disclosed deposit or cancellation terms. Physical-product returns depend on the item’s condition, eligibility, reporting period, fulfillment method, and the requirements stated in the Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes refund, replacement, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. To request a review, contact contact@gonsalive.com with your name, order or invoice details, reason for the request, and supporting information.
18. Third-Party Platforms and External Links
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the GONSAlive name, GONSAlive Group brands, logos, emblems, slogans, website design, written content, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, music, books, prompt collections, educational materials, templates, software-related materials, systems, methods, and other original content are owned by or properly licensed to GONSAlive LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No website access or purchase grants permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publicly display, sublicense, remove ownership notices from, or create competing products from this material except as expressly permitted by a written license or agreement.
Ownership and usage rights for custom project deliverables are determined by the applicable proposal, invoice, package description, license, or written service agreement and may depend on full payment. Unless expressly transferred in writing, GONSAlive retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, internal methods, templates, systems, brand assets, working files, unused concepts, and reusable production components. Third-party fonts, photographs, software, music, platform assets, and other licensed elements remain subject to their respective owners’ terms. If you believe material on the website infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact contact@gonsalive.com with sufficient information for us to review the concern.
The website, store, products, and professional services may rely on or link to independent third-party platforms, including website hosts, payment providers, financial institutions, Amazon and Amazon KDP, AI platforms, social networks, marketplaces, email services, printing and fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, cloud services, and other external tools. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, policies, fees, technical requirements, and decisions.
Unless expressly stated, GONSAlive LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized to represent these third-party platforms. GONSAlive may provide guidance or assistance, but it cannot control or guarantee account approval, content acceptance, publication, ranking, payment authorization, platform availability, policy changes, shipping performance, or third-party decisions. External links are provided for convenience or operational purposes. GONSAlive is not responsible for external content, independent privacy practices, security, or service interruptions, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
19. Educational, Business and Publishing Disclaimers
24. Suspension or Termination
GONSAlive books, courses, prompt guides, articles, podcasts, training materials, consultations, publishing resources, AI-related content, and business information are provided for general educational, creative, and informational purposes. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, psychological, investment, immigration, or other regulated professional advice. Use your own judgment and consult an appropriately qualified professional when a decision requires specialized advice.
AI-generated or AI-assisted information may be incomplete, outdated, biased, or inaccurate and should be reviewed and verified before important use. Publishing and Amazon KDP assistance is technical and educational support; it does not replace legal review, professional editing unless purchased, tax advice, or the client’s responsibility to verify ownership, originality, permissions, metadata, pricing, and platform compliance. Clients and users remain responsible for their decisions, submitted materials, account activity, publication choices, and use of the information provided.
GONSAlive may reasonably restrict website access, suspend an order or project, withhold unpaid final deliverables, revoke access to licensed materials, or terminate a service relationship because of nonpayment, suspected fraud, security threats, abusive conduct, unlawful activity, infringement, unauthorized redistribution, material breach of these Terms, or failure to provide information or cooperation required to complete the agreed work. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination; immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect users, systems, rights, funds, or comply with law.
A customer may stop using the website at any time and may request cancellation of an order or service subject to the applicable agreement and Refund Policy. Termination does not remove payment obligations for authorized work already completed or costs already incurred. If GONSAlive terminates a paid service without customer breach and without delivering the applicable paid portion, an appropriate refund or alternative remedy will be considered as required by the agreement and applicable law. Provisions concerning payments, licenses, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other clauses that logically should continue will survive termination.
20. No Guaranteed Results
25. Changes to These Terms
Examples, strategies, projections, case studies, testimonials, educational materials, and past outcomes do not guarantee that another customer or user will obtain the same result. Results depend on many factors outside GONSAlive’s control, including the quality and originality of client materials, individual effort, experience, decisions, market conditions, audience response, advertising, pricing, competition, technology, third-party platform rules, and continued implementation.
GONSAlive does not guarantee income, sales, profits, business growth, audience growth, educational achievement, employment, publishing success, Amazon KDP approval, search ranking, algorithm performance, account acceptance, AI accuracy, media reach, or any other specific commercial or personal outcome. This no-results guarantee does not remove GONSAlive’s obligation to perform the specific deliverables expressly included in an accepted order, package, proposal, or written service agreement with reasonable professional care.
We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our website, products, services, business operations, technology, providers, or applicable legal requirements. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. When a change is material, we may provide an additional website or email notice when appropriate or legally required.
Unless otherwise stated, revised Terms apply to website use, orders, and service relationships beginning on or after their effective date. An order, purchase, project, or written agreement already accepted will generally remain governed by the terms in effect when it was accepted, together with its specific agreement, unless both parties agree to a change or applicable law requires otherwise. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future use. If you disagree with an update, you should stop initiating new purchases or services, without affecting obligations already created.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
26. Governing Law and Disputes
Except for any express written warranty, product guarantee, or service obligation included in an accepted order, product description, proposal, or written agreement, the website, free content, general information, and third-party features are provided on an “as available” and, to the extent permitted by law, “as is” basis. GONSAlive does not promise that every website function, external platform, digital file, informational resource, or third-party service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or free from all harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GONSAlive disclaims warranties that may lawfully be excluded. However, nothing in these Terms excludes an express commitment made in writing, the obligation to deliver an agreed paid service with reasonable care, an applicable manufacturer or provider warranty, or any implied warranty or mandatory consumer protection that cannot legally be disclaimed or limited.
These Terms and any dispute arising from the website, products, purchases, or services provided by GONSAlive LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a formal legal action, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through written communication. A notice describing the issue and requested resolution should be sent to contact@gonsalive.com. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after the notice is received, either party may pursue available legal remedies in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction in Georgia.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court or seeking urgent protective relief. Users retain any consumer rights and legal protections that cannot be waived under the laws applicable to them.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GONSAlive LLC and its authorized representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, platform access, or third-party account performance arising from the use of the website, informational resources, products, or services, even if the possibility of such loss was known.
Where applicable law permits a financial limitation, GONSAlive’s total liability arising from a specific paid product, order, or professional service will not exceed the amount the customer actually paid directly to GONSAlive for the product or service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not excuse GONSAlive from providing an agreed deliverable, appropriate refund, correction, or other remedy required by an express written commitment or applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused where liability cannot legally be excluded, or any consumer or statutory right that cannot lawfully be waived. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to every user.

23. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GONSAlive LLC and its authorized officers, representatives, contractors, and service providers from reasonable third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, and expenses arising directly from: materials you submit without the necessary ownership or permission; your unlawful or unauthorized use of the website, products, or services; your infringement of another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights; fraud or intentional misconduct by you; or your material violation of these Terms.
GONSAlive will provide reasonable notice of a covered claim when practicable and may participate in or control the defense and settlement of the matter. You may not enter a settlement that admits fault by, creates obligations for, or restricts the rights of GONSAlive without written consent. This section does not require you to indemnify GONSAlive for losses caused by GONSAlive’s own fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or responsibility that cannot legally be transferred.
